. Maine Tax: A 7% Maine State lodging tax is added to each accommodation.
. Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refunded less a $50.00 service charge if cancellation is received 14 days or more before your intended arrival.

. Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. E-mail us at: stay@1774inn.com. We require a two-night stay in the Bed and Breakfast on weekends and June through October. During the winter, we require a 3 month stay in the guest house and one week at all other times.
